Today is Friday, I still haven't received any notifications or corrections to my account. During that call on Monday, I was told the error would be corrected in 24 hours. It has been five days since my last chat with a representative on their team. There customer service phone lines are closed over the weekend, so this all has to be handled during the work week M-F. I have also sent two emails to their customer service team trying to get answers. I have called their customer service team and have sat on the phone with two separate customer service representatives since receiving this ****.
